"My rating is based solely on my employment at ADMAR. I was rear-ended in a company truck and ultimately had to have neck fusion because of the accident. 3 months after the Surgery ( was out almost 6 months so far total) they fired me via a certified letter. When I was working hurt it was fine with them but when I needed them to have my back they let me go. From my time there from what I observed as long as you were there every day busting your back side for them all was well and good, but when you needed them to have your back you are pretty much on your own. As for 80% of the people there they are great to work for/with. It's that 20% management that don't seem to care."
