"If you don't have an account with them, they won't tell you a price on the phone. So you have to drive there to find out a price; in my case 20 minutes each way — but I have nothing else at all to do with my time. I had already decided, based on that alone, that I would never go back, but now that I'm home I've discovered the furnace filter I just paid $43 for there (no one else in town has them in stock) is $29 online. No wonder they refuse to tell you the price; they know you would never go there if they did. AVOID."
