"These guys just saved my life. My SubZero refrigerator stopped working after I had turned off the breaker and then 30 minutes later turned it back on. I was in a bad situation because I'm leaving for Florida tomorrow afternoon and obviously wanted it repaired before I left. I tried a few other places and got voice mails, not people. I called Best NY Appliance Repair and Sal answered the phone. I explained the situation and problem and he said he could send someone out the next morning, which made me nervous because I had to leave in the afternoon, but I agreed. My co-op is strict with regards to Certificates of Insurance, and Sal sent it out within 15 minutes. He then called me back in a hour saying that they had a technician in my neighborhood and he could be there (Alex) in 30 minutes. How great is that. Ninety minutes later my refrigerator was repaired with a new motherboard that was actually a real Sub Zero part...with a 90 day warranty for service. Alex couldn't have been nicer...and while he was here he cleaned the compressor and coils on top."

"Russell is an excellent service technician who really knows his stuff. He’s very pleasant and professional and got to work as soon as he arrived. I really appreciate that he wore shoe covers before entering the apartment. He came in on the first day to diagnose the issue with my dishwasher, explained everything he wanted to do to fix the appliance, and then promptly made a special order for a valve to fix the leak in my dishwasher. After diagnosis, he was very transparent about pricing which I appreciated. A few days later, he came in at the exact scheduled time and fixed our dishwasher within 30 minutes. Originally, I was told that he would be available later in the day (3-5pm), but he had an opening and was able to come much earlier in the day to help fix my refrigerator.
