"Got total tech subscription for nothing. Came in 3 times for 3 different issues and they give me stories every time. I purchased a ps5 and were supposed to extend my warranty. I go in for repairs and they said under total tech will take 3-6 weeks. This store is very unprofessional and lack the knowledge of there own products!"

"Had to have mine and my daughter's Macbook Pro updated with more memory and hard drive which I purchased separately. My Macbook pro is about 9 years old but Apple told me my laptop was in good shape and all I needed was an upgrade. My daughter's laptop is about 6 years old. Had to move all my pictures onto an external hard drive I purchased separately. That is all I wanted to have moved over. Wanted everything else intact. Well they wiped out everything on my laptop and made it "brand new" which they DID NOT tell me they were going to do beforehand. All my apps, iTunes, etc. were gone and because of the new IOS version most of the apps were not compatible. They put them on the hard drive but I was not able to transfer most of it back on to my laptop. Including my Microsoft Office which they told me I should have had the software for BUT they didn't make sure IN ADVANCE if I had the software before doing it. When I asked them to help me they gave me some sob story that they weren't supposed to help with that and if they had to help me it not included in the price which was well over $500 (excluding price of extra memory and upgraded hard drive). There was one guy who was trying to help me but seemed worried about doing it because it was crowded and his manager kept interrupting him. In other words, my job was done so on to the next person! Bottom line, I am beyond furious! I am not tech savy and for all the money I spent I should have been 100% taken care of! They just did not want to be bothered and didn't even explain what I was supposed to do. I should have gone to a place Apple recommended in the city but felt since they were close to my home it would be more convenient. Well they are horrible and now I can't even use my laptop. My daughter got some things to work but she is not happy as well. They are horribly inconsiderate and just not helpful at all and a total RIPOFF on top of it!!! Don't bother using them!"
