"Non communicative. Requested a part nearly two months ago, was told that I should receive it in 2-3 weeks, called back and the person on the other end of the phone was so difficult to understand because of language barriers. They eventually were able to tell me the part is on its way. Needless to say I’ve not received the part. Followed up with black and decker directly, and they were useless too - stating I HAD to go through this company for service. Buyer beware. Don’t go near black and decker or W Appliance. Really poor after purchase sales."

I bought a black n decker washing machine, and it started to malfunction a few months after purchased, so I contacted the warranty company (W Appliance Company LLC, 1356 Broadway New York, NY 10018). I submitted a ticket on September 11th 2023 and have called numerous times and still have yet to, as of January 16th 2024, been sent any tracking number or anything for my washing machine replacement. This company clearly is managed poorly when is warranties, and it is a shame that such large companies outsource their warranty department to this company."

They state they are escalating to a manager, but that I cannot be transferred to them and there is no other phone number to call. I will be seriously reconsidering my purchase of future black and decker products if they continue referring to this company for replacement parts."
