"Place was empty when I got there. The guy working there didn't speak English but he understood the assignment. I needed the back glass of my s23 ultra fixed. They initially quoted me $69 on the phone but when I got there somehow I ended up paying $89 and didn't get the original color promised (green). They gave me a black back colored glass. This wasn't communicated to me until after the black was put on. Luckily I'm trading the phone in but I believe this is miscommunication could have been avoided if the employee spoke English. I guess it's not really his fault but if you don't care what color back glass you get them the service is pretty fast. Took 30 minsm"
"Jose was excellent very attentive fast. He said it was going to take one hour and 30 minutes. I came back in 45 minutes the wait time when I walked in no lines as I was walking out more people were walking in and their service was complete ready, waiting for them. My experience overall was better than going to the Apple store. I would not, tell someone to go to the Apple store you’re better off just coming here"
