"This company was very responsive at first. Sent a technician to fix a water issue on our dishwasher. The technician could barely speak english so it was very difficult to communicate with him. They determined it was a bad water line ...OK it's only 3 years old but maybe. They charged me $90 dollars for the hose that costs roughly $14 dollars at Home Depot. When the technician left our tenant sent me a picture of the water pressure at the sink which was only at a trickle. The tenant had to turn the water off to the unit because there was also a leak under the sink! We were able to get the technician to come back the next day to correct his mistakes from the previous day. They charged me $90 dollars to clean the aerator from the end of the sink nozzle which I never approved the work. Artur, who always very cordial demanded I pay the extra charge or he would turn me over to the credit collector. The 2 invoices I paid were $269.89 (change a water hose) for the first visit and then $99.89 (clean an aerator) for them to fix their mistakes from the prior day. I will never use their poor, over charging services again."

"They charge a lot every visit is $90 + they won’t finish the job in one day no they want to come back so they can charge you extra . After they fix the problem they charge thousands!! Even the guy that works with them don’t even speak English or Spanish how to deal with that !!!"
