"its good"
"Great neighborhood. Walking distance to Adams, CVS, Panera Bread. Very quiet complex."
"States that there is heat and hot water included no heat and no hot water in the winter. Every year I've been here it's getting worst! They care more about the outside look then they do about how the inside of these apartments look! Often issues with heat. There is only one person that takes care of the needs of the entire complex! There is no one ever in the office anymore, because they don't want to hear complaints. Rent goes up every year, but the service gets worst! Horrible place to live! Can't wait to move, don't be fooled you don't want to live here!"
"I have been here for almost 2 years and I can't wait to leave. The staff is very unhelpful, takes several days for them to respond to repair issues and apparently they don't do repairs on weekends unless it is an extreme emergency. And when the washing machine isn't working, they just shrug their shoulders and say "oh it's not our problem since they aren't our washers." The woman who works in the office is horribly unfriendly. Not to mention the inconsistent heating and horrible drafts. Right now it's 62 degrees in here and I have a 2 year old. Oh and if you own a bicycle, then be prepared to keep it stored in your apartment because we were threatened that if we didn't remove our bicycle from outside (which was chained up and in a spot where it wasn't in anyone's way) that they would take legal action. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!"
"the apartment is given to to a tenant in move in condition. painted, floors sanded and whatever is wrong with the apartment or broken they repair or replace with salvaged parts from around the complex. they also use the cheapest labor, undocumented aliens, to do the work and they get what they pay for. once you move in they will never paint again. if you get leaks on the ceiling the stains stay for posterity. if you have kids hope you like painting yourself because THEY DO NOT RE-PAINT no matter how many years you live there. there is no order there. people toss garbage around and it stays for over a day. they party and barbecue in the courtyards on the weekends. YOU WILL HAVE ALMOST NO RIGHTS BECAUSE IT'S A PRIVATE PROPERTY. THINK BEFORE MOVING HERE."
