"HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH INEPT TECHS AND PROCESS. This company contracts a service called Delta Appliance. We called about a broken laundry machine in a new apartment we just moved into. Technician came out on 5/16 for a diagnosis and charged us $75 (if you proceed with the repair, $75 would put against the overall repair fee). Tech was late for his appointment time, barely inspected the washer to diagnose that it's broken (he didn’t even pull out the machine) - he was there for about 8 minutes total. Tech said he needed to order a part so we asked him to order it on same day he came out and gave us an estimate of $450-550. We had to call the office several times to get updates or timings during the TWO AND HALF WEEKS we were waiting for the part. Turns out the technician didn’t order the part until later in the week on 5/19, not the day we told him. And the office kept telling us the part was coming in but couldn’t give a real estimate on tracking and claimed they didn’t have shipping info, just assumed parts would come in 7-10 days. On June 2, we finally got word to make an appt for next Thursday 6/8 bc they assumed parts will be delivered then. The office then said the technician had asked us to pull out the washer for him or else he wouldn’t work on it. Why would we pay a "professional" several hundred dollars to pull out a washer we are unfamiliar with and need help with? Tried to ask for a different tech, but we were told this was only tech available. We tried to get our $75 back but they refused. These other reviews must be all fake bc this is truly the worst service experience we have ever experienced. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND CALL TIMELY APPLIANCE CO in Bayside. We called Jerry and within two days, our washer is fixed."
