"Denise is the office is incredibly rude on the telephone. Rich, their plumber they sent out, changed a part after I specifically told him not to. When I told him to put it back, he tried and apologized profusely. I felt bad and asked him if he could put the new part on and not charge labor. He said sure, no problem and thanked me. If he never touched it to begin with, we wouldn't have had this issue! Later that night, I received a bill for the part and labor. I will never do business with this company ever again. Shame on them!"
