"My heating system wasn’t working properly and I contacted Bell. It took 5 days for them to come OR i would have had to pay a large amount for “emergency service”. Upon arrival and inspection, I was told by the technician that the motor wasn't working and needed to be replaced. After being charged $1000 for the motor replacement BEFORE the part came, it then took 2 weeks with NO HEAT and 18 degree weather for them to come to replace the motor. After replacing the motor the problem was still not fixed and the technician told me it wasn't the motor, it was in fact the mother board. Once replacing the mother board and paying for that in advance as well, again the problem wasn’t fixed. After spending $2,000 on repairs that did NOT work, it seems based upon the invoice we received that the ignitor was replaced (which I was not informed about ) and the problem was fixed. Granted a quick google search shows the cost of this part is around $35. I am extremely frustrated that I was given the run around for diagnosis and I am now out thousands when it was a simple inexpensive fix. I will not be using this company again and will be recommending the same to neighbors and colleagues."

"Unless you're willing to lock in to thousands on service contracts, good luck! We had Bell install a whole house system that THEY DESIGNED and had problems with it right away. It took 6 follow up visits AFTER install to get it working and even now it only works 80%. I've had other companies look at it and ask what they are thinking as the system can't support the area its trying to cover. Aside from that, every time we have an issue, they won't come within a day or two without a service contract that costs an arm and a leg. Despite what their techs will tell you, the office won't back them up. I will NEVER call them again and wish I never had. BEWARE!!"
