"Stressful experience! I took two almost new Echo lawn trimmer to be serviced, I was told they need a new carburetor but with no estimate. few days later I was told it will cost $240.00 which is almost buying a new trimmer. When I questioned the price, Donald got angry and was very nasty with me, telling me he will not repair them and I should either go and pick them up or he will drop them off at my driveway.This was the most stressful experience I ever had in my life. If you don't need stress and cannot deal with headache, find another company where you will be treated with respect. This guy is like a ticking bomb, he has issues and as consumers, we all deserve better. I am totally disappointed, still in shock."
