"Steve came to our house, quickly diagnosed that the problem was a control unit in our oven and said they don't make them anymore but he could send it out to be refurbished and would take a few weeks. We said go ahead, but when he took the control unit out, he saw that it was just a couple of connections that needed to be re-soldered and was able to fix it on the spot at less than half the cost of his original estimate.
