"They need to remove Penny Seneca from this office. She is making everything seem like a jail to these elders. The way she speaks to people is unreal. They now have a fence in the back with Barbed wire. She is going through the mail which is highly illegal. Entering people’s appointments with the inspector which is so illegal only the maintenance guy is allowed in there. REMOVE PENNY!"
