"This is a nice casino. It’s a little more than a hour’s drive from my home. I can go and relax. The atmosphere is clean and uncluttered. The variety of gaming options is notable for such a remote locations."
"Beautiful hotel and location. But won’t be going back. We took my Mom this summer as she loved the Seneca Casinos and had been to this location and Niagara Falls before. On this most recent trip, again will be our last, my Mom had mailings from the casino giving her credits to play. The total for our 3 day stay was $500.00. She checked in at the desk inside the Casino and the lady at the counter took the card (that provided the credits) and told my mom when she put her card in the machine the credit would show up. When my Mom put her card in the machine, as you may have anticipated she had no credits. This was bad but when she went back to the counter, she spoke to the same attendant who told my Mom she didn’t know what she was talking about and that my Mom had never given her a card. So essentially this casino employee had decided to save the casino money by cheating patrons out of the promised credits. I guess in the short run this is a lucrative decision, except now my family will no longer be going to any of the Seneca casinos. We will just go to others that value their patrons and honor their commitments. I would recommend if you plan on going to these casinos and have a flyer/card from the mail keep tight hold of it until you confirm you have received the promised promotion."
"Myself and 2 co-workers were on a business trip. While driving we had to use the restroom and stopped at the casino. The price of rooms were much better than the hotel we stayed in the night before and the casino gave us something to do in our down time. Valarie at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I would give more than 5 stars solely for our interaction with her."
"Absolutely loved my stay at Seneca! The service and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the front desk, where Valerie was super helpful and accommodating! The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The only knock on them was the windows were pretty dirty (on the outside) so the view of mountains weren’t as good as it could’ve been. I’d also recommend a new shower head, the showers are spacious and overall very nice, but the head was definitely showing its age. The casino was super clean and relaxing. The dealers were very helpful teaching us games we weren’t familiar with. We also had an opportunity to eat at the Cafe, I got the cheese steak and it was delicious and once again the service was excellent!"
"Great hotel and love that it's Native owned. Location was perfect - right of 86. Rooms really nice and quiet. Nice large walk in shower and toilet in it's own room. Very roomy. Only downside was interaction with valet/bell hop person. We used the drop off line and had to wait a while for two other cars to move so we could get up to the door. My elderly mom went in to get a cart while I started unloading vehicle so we didn't take much time. When she came back out with bell hop with cart he wanted us to move the car to unload and made a comment that under the overhang at the door was essentially for high rollers only. Drop off for hotel should be better and regular guests shouldn't be made to be felt inferior. Not to mention he didn't ask if we were high rollers so how did he know we weren't. Other than that our stay was very nice."
