"I had Lisa come up with a drawing for 2 closets in our house in order to make room and maximize space. A couple weeks later Jon showed up for installation and after 2 days we cannot believe how much more room we had in our closets. They did a very good job at transforming that room of our house. Why did we not do this years sooner is our only question! Very professional and thank you so much! I would recommend to anyone."

"We have had our countertop install pushed back 3, yes THREE, times now. With NO compensation. My husband has taken off work to make sure everything is ready in time for no reason. They lost our template and had to come back out to do it again, wasting more of our time. It’s been one bad experience after the next. If you’re in the market, I would look elsewhere. They are unorganized, have terrible customer service, and give false timelines. We are now going on three months without countertops."

"We are small business advocates. Purchased Corian tops about 15 yes ago from SS- pleased. Visited 2/19 to discuss change to granite. A young lady was ‘helping us’. She was incredible curt, unenthusiastic, unprofessional. For every question, we asked she questioned us in the most demeaning and intimidating way. She offered abs nothing in advice. The visit lasted 5 minutes, she was that rude. We visited Curtis Lumber. TORY WAS TOPS. We were incredibly surprised overall with all the information received and all the questions she answered. She was warm, welcoming and experienced. We’ll most likely return once decisions are made. To SSC....first impressions are everlasting!"

"I've read a lot of negative comments around the finished product and was a bit nervous, but I did not have this. The installers were very good. There were some items that we needed some variations on site, but they did them and the finished product will look awesome. My issue is billing, quotes, and customer service. They did a bait and switch with me. GET THE SQUARE FOOTAGE ON YOUR QUOTE! I provided initial measurements with a lot of overage to guarantee I was over what the amount really would be. 65 square feet was what I submitted. When they came back and asked for almost $500 more, they said they only based the quote off of 61 feet and not the 65 and was told they don't listen to the customer as they don't know what they are doing. Funny thing is the new quote was for 65 square feet. Hummm. When it was put in, I measured the actual square inches of what they provided, and it came to 61 square feet on the high side. I would not use this company based on this."

"Poor amount of granite slabs in stock. They want you to choose from a small sample. Not very helpful. Exit 16 Granite and Marble Works was much more helpful and they have a huge, indoor inventory"
