"Beautiful apartments from the outside, however unless you’re on the top floor they’re very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly listened to the people above us walking around and slamming doors due to the wooden vinyl flooring. Shower leaks, and they say there’s nothing they can due to fix that it was just how they were built. Younger people were constantly having noisy parties in our building and we even had packages taken. The staff is nice when you move in but often failed to follow up on things. For the price that they charge I expected so much more and am glad to have moved out and be in a much quieter building now. The maintenance staff are quick and down to earth. Nice layouts and paint colors but not worth the noise you have to put up with due to the poor quality materials used."

"I moved into Ellison Heights after college. Jamy and David have been nothing but pleasant and efficient. Everything I needed/wanted was handled so quickly and perfectly! Every maintenance request I’ve made has been acknowledged and handled within 3 hours. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and properly maintained. Every building has security access that only residents can access. I’m a single woman living alone and I’ve never felt safer than I do in these apartments. I love it here, never want to leave!"
