"Took my Makita compound Miter saw in for repair. Staff was very receptive and was extremely helpful. Less than a wee later I had saw back and totally fixed. The guys in here are ALWAYS willing to help and I am doing my business here from now on. Honestly recommend this place for tools or repair. Compared prices and really was better on the new Compound Miter saw. I will be doing business here FNO!!"

"Absolutely terrible service. I brought my Senco framing nailer in for a "tune up" 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be tuned up and back in "several days". After complaining about the time, they gave me a loaner gun which did not work either. When I called to complain and ask about the status of my own gun, the person on the phone was very unprofessional and obviously irritated with his customer's dissatisfaction. I'm not sure how HE'S the one who should be irritated?! I brought my gun in to an "Authorized Senco Service Center" for a simple tune up and 3 weeks later, I appear to be the bad guy! I told them to get my gun back and I will take it somewhere else. Don't bother taking your equipment here for repair, unless you can live without it for however long they want to take to get it back to you."
