"I filed for my 2020 tax return a few weeks ago and it was my first time at this location. It was comfortable, welcoming and customer service-oriented. After I signed my name and waited for a representative for a few moments, I was immediately verbally welcomed and told to complete a form as I wait and asked if I could stay for the 15-25 mins while another person was tended to or come later, I opted the latter. When I called and said that I could come the next day, I did and Stacy made it easy to follow/comprehend what needed to happen for me to get an optimal return in years ahead once she reviewed my documents. She even suggested what steps to make and said to verify with my job’s HR dept what needed to go on what forms.
