"Worst tax preparer experience I've had. I went to him 3 months ago and not once have I received any money from my return. I called him, he spoke to me once. I have called, left voice-mails and texted him many times since then, and he is actively ignoring me. It is in very poor taste to take someone's money and ignore them, not seeing through to delivered promises. I understand that the return is out of his hands but to completely ignore someone when you're the professional that last handled the responsibilities are completely disrespectful, unprofessional and outright careless. I will never go to him again and if you ever need help with any follow up he will ignore you. Acting like a child. I have grown to hate him and I have no choice but to take time out of my busy life to go see him face to face otherwise he will ignore me and never help me with my refund. Waste of time and money."
