"I've only been here 40 days, but im very happy with the office, Erica and maintenance. J.R. in maintenance went above and beyond getting my apartment ready early. I think the previous tennant had been here over 20 years. So it was a lot of work getting ready. He did a great job. Paint, carpets, appliances, and batroom fixtures. So far everything is good. Im pleased with my decision to move here to Dorsey Gardens Apartments."

"Okay, so when I first started living here, I was scared because it was my first time living on my own. Moved in and it's been good so far. The only thing I would say that bothered me a lot was when I first moved in, the management (not the current management team), avoided fixing the ceiling in my room for about 4-5 months which was super annoying, but Erica, JR, and Sam came in and got it done immediately so my roof could stop leaking, along with the other management team member, I forgot his name, but yeah good jobs guys! Also, having Erica, JR, and Sam here making sure the property is kept up, fixing things immediately, and making this place nice and safe to live in has been a plus, especially with it snowing out so also thanks for that. Hopefully, they are getting paid enough to stay around and keep this place up. Last but not least, the rent is less than $1,000, so that could attract the right buyers to come here, especially with everything in Rochester being super expensive nowadays."

"The manager made transitioning very smooth and transparent. Maintenance was always helpful and kind. The neighbors in the building were pleasant and considerate of everyone else. Erica also made the move out process very smooth and has answered any questions I have had throughout my lease. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
