"It's almost a no brainer. Maybe I luck up or the entire staff is just amazing but the 2 locations I've filled taxes in. Both representatives were great. It's fast, things are throughly explained, although I may not always understand exactly what's being explained all the time. Having a sense of security, knowing things are done efficiently as a busy working husband and father, that feeling you can not put a price on."

"Terrible service, they had us waiting for 2 and a half hrs with an appointment, the first day. Then told us come back the next day, because they couldn't find our tax information. They told us to bring a copy of last year's tax return, so we did. They had us wait an hour, and it wasn't even busy, the supervisor kept saying she will be with us shortly and took another person that came in after. If they don't know how to file business taxes then they could of just told us that. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there if they are trying to file taxes for their business, unless Mr. Mohan is there, but unfortunately he's not working this season."
