"I have a open commercial account, I had an issue with a customer that started fighting and didn't want to pay me so they went into shewin williams and complained about me. I charged the customer labor & material in her invoice , she expected me to give her the paint even though she still owed me over $2000 for the job, i tried returning the paint to recoop some of the money i lost & they refused! So because of this she tells sherwin williams to not sell to me and that is just what they did Irondequoit ny sherwin williams refused to sell me a sprayer or anything else. Now how often does a homeowner go into a paint store maybe 3 times in a lifetime, and how many does a painter with an account ho into a paint store hhhmmmm. All because a customer told them their story! Crazy! And I spend thousands at sherwin williams! This is also being brought to the BBB, BCB & ATTONEY GENERAL ATTENTION"

"The employee who assisted me was very helpful. I needed advice on how to paint a light color over a dark one. She advised me to use a primer tinted to the paint color first, to avoid needing lots of coats of paint. It worked perfectly. Without the tinted primer I would've spent way more money buying additional paint, and lots more effort too. Thanks for making this project successful!"

"The sales person was mediocre, not terribly helpful or engaging. I love your paint so I was back to buy more, but if I were a new customer and treated with the less than enthusiastic sales associate I most likely would not have come back again. UPDATE 4/2020: The store has made some great progress, I recently had a phone order with curbside pickup and everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful! Great improvements, thank you!"
