Fairview at Town Center Apartment Homes

"I rented there over three years ago and stayed for two years so my review is for the period between 2018-2020. The amenities were nice. The apartments look nice and modern from the inside and have a patio. That being said, the management was quite poor in dealing with pretty much any issue. Maintenance were ok, not the best, but not the worse. The noise travels like crazy since these are wood buildings (i can hear a phone call conversation from a neighbor somewhere in the building on a Sunday morning). When I moved out, i experienced what others did, which is the management company doing all what they can to take away your deposit."

"Place looks nice for the money, management and construction are extremely cheap. Don't expect any of the listed amenities to be available, no longer in building trash, pool closed, no grilling on the grills, gym is underequipped and gym goers have poor etiquette. Everything is falling apart, nothing is well built and the appliances are chosen to look modern, not to function reliably."

"This is the nicest place you can find for rent, both the unit and the community. Pet-friendly, very well maintained, from snow removal to pet stations. You can't blame the leasing company for bad neighbors (I didn't have any, but some of the reviews mention this). Yes, you can hear people above you when they walk heavy or yell. I lived in an expensive condo in Chicago that I owned and heard it as well. It is a multi-family building. It happens. They were great with move-in and move-out. Zero complaints."

"I love it here! It was a really stressful time when I was looking for an apartment and the management team made this a really great experience! I love the peaceful community here at Fairview. The buildings are new and modern. The clubhouse is amazing! Fitness center is 24/7 and the pool is beautiful. I underestimated how much I would utilize the pool, I can’t wait for the weather to warm up again! The staff is also great. I put through a request for maintenance for my faucet being a little loose, which I said was low priority. Within 2 days they were at the door and happy to tighten my faucet! After owning a house it is such a relaxing break to live in a nice community like Fairview. I don’t have to worry about a thing, plowing, mowing, maintenance, etc. I’m very happy here!"

"The units are fine and rent is market value but the building’s management under Transform Property Management needs work. They are slow to resolve issues and the emails to residents are generally passive-aggressive and unhelpful. Edit: The response from “management” below is the perfect example of the passive aggressive comments I mentioned. As stated, apartments fine, management’s attitude…leave a bit to be desired."
