"Don’t make too much noise walking , especially over someone’s garage or there’s complaints. Constant garage noise if you live over one, and they refuse to quiet them down. If you enjoy being woke up in the early morning or late at night live here. The management could care less, and if you complain you are at fault. Property manager acts like she’s a prison warden. Nothing but issues since the day I moved in. Also, visitors just go in and out thru the garage and not the normal doors. This place is just insane and it gets worse by the day. Now you wait at least 4-5 min for hot water from the bathroom and kitchen, then you get $30 a month water bills. Don’t believe all the positive reviews. This place is great if you’re an old single women and like to gossip with your clique."

"Great property manager , Great maintenance manager.........and staff! Beth , Victor and their coworkers have provided me with excellent service! They have always quickly responded to calls and resolved any problems ,questions, or concern in a timely manner! A very nice property to live in. Safe, clean and peaceful! Location could not be better, grocery stores ,pharmacy, post office, hair and nail salons restaurants etc.! I love my time here and will always recommend to others!"
