"Such a beautiful place"

"Landscaping is wonderful however it’s overboard. Each time lawn is cut, it’s done by a whole different set of Mexican workers who are careless with equipment near vehicles, one instance a worker left mark on my new car as he was walking between cars with big back-pack blower. Yes, I told him off! Because of the many children around, workers should be regulars and consistent rather than different faces making people feel uncomfortable. Rugs are old with spots and terribly installed! Everything inside is outdated! My neighbors complain all the time for issues such as leaks, extreme cold draft near stairs, mold… Counter tops are old Formica, falls apart months after you move in. maintenance men are miserable, all walk around like zombies with zero experience on anything maintenance! Shower/Tubs look decent only when you view apartment, till 2 months later, mold comes through caulk! I can’t make this up!"

"This place should be ashamed of themselves. They make the apartments look good from the outside, however the inside is so outdated, they never fix the appliances, my washer has been broke since i moved in however maintenance states it isnt broke, the appliances are so old they look like they are 20 years old, light fixtures are the same ones they had when they first built, including the counters and decor, as well as they use a primer because they are so cheap to paint all the walls so they mark up very easy, you can live here for 4 years and they will not repaint or re clean the carpets, they do not care about their tenants just want it to look good from the outside and the office girls are not nice. I will never reccomend anyone here, they spend their money on the villas and do not care about updating the apartments and i paid 1230.00 per month for my 3 bedroom which the bathroom tub peeled and the kitchen counters are peeling!"
