"Really awful experience doing our taxes here. I feel like we were sold a bill of goods and charged more than $1000 more than ANY quote I am getting this year. They kept telling us they will “advise” us on how to pay less taxes and have more write offs. There was a 40 minute phone conversation to clarify the back and forth emails. I guess that call to try to get some advise was outside the scope of what we were paying. They charged us a whole bunch of extra $$. There was zero communication about the extra charges until the bill came. The final tax filing?? Guess what? They didn’t actually file until, weeks later I asked why we haven’t received the email confirmation. They apologized and said our signatures went into their junk and they didn’t see our filing status as ready. Um ok…. We would have missed the filing deadline. My advise, if you want honest and professional accountant advisors who actually care about doing honest business and building client relationships - DON’t DO YOUR TAXES HERE."
