"Ben came highly recommended to me by another contractor I had refinishing my floors when we stumbled upon a few electrical issues back in July 22'. He not only quickly solved the issue, but took care of troubleshooting and fixing a ceiling fan that wasn't working (that I asked while he was there, if he could take a look at it), but he also checked the rest of my outlets to make sure there were not other problematic ones. Then comes the first chilly night in October 22' and we go to turn the heat on and well, the furnace didn't want to work for me either. Soon as he showed up, he got it started right up but advised we should really clean it out and do a few other minor repairs. Good thing he came! When he showed me the soot build up - wowzers! Just as before, everything was quickly addressed within a matter of 24 hours where other companies told me it could be weeks or months before they could even come out, just to diagnose the problem.
