"House is absolutely beautiful. Wonderfully stocked with all the amenities and thoughtful needs you wouldn’t think would be available at a house rental vs hotel. Pool and outdoor deck space makes it lovely to sit and watch the beach or spend time with the people you’re with. Kitchen is fully stocked w high end appliances and all the utensils you need as if you were at your own home. Tons of bikes for everyone to ride to town and safe enough to let the kids take rides on their own close by. Toys, beach chairs and towels are all available and in great condition. Great website with all the information you need to make the most of the house and the area. We rent a couple of houses a year and this is definitely one of our favorites."

"One of a kind beach rental. A perfect place for a family to unwind without worry. The layout is ideal for multiple families to share or a friends getaway. We love the decor that plays off the beauty of Fire Island and also immediately creates a feeling of being home. We loved the attention to detail with all the touches and amenities provided, nothing was overlooked to make for an incredible stay. Great local restaurant and bar scene. Bikes on site to use and an amazing beach at your disposal with everything you need from chairs to umbrellas and beach toys. The pool provided endless fun for our kiddos and can even turn into a hot tub for evening star gazing. 100% chance our family will be back."

"The most beautiful vacation rental we’ve stayed in! Impeccably decorated, layout was perfect for two families to share. Steps to the beach, two outdoor showers, bikes for riding around the island, beautiful pool with windows for walls, I could go on and on. The house has absolutely everything you need and things you didn’t know you needed. Lots of labels to help you find everything quickly. The manual is extraordinarily comprehensive, complete with video tutorials. This was our first visit to Fire Island, and it was so charming. We had so much fun riding bikes to dinner, and our kids got a kick out of seeing all the deer. The beach was beautiful, and not crowded. The hosts were amazing, and very responsive! We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Windows On the Sea!!"

"What a magical weekend at Windows on the Sea! A wonderful getaway and escape that couldn’t have been more perfect. Anthony and Whitney were the the most incredible hosts and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just right and that we enjoyed our time. The house is absolutely stunning - each room is more beautiful than the next. We loved staring out at the ocean on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay. Perfect location. Our weekend at the house was a true 10 out of 10 and we can’t recommend Windows on the Sea enough! Can’t wait to go back!"
