"Agree with all of what the other reviews said. They are so rude, never there, don't fix anything. Also it's a community for the elderly and disabled yet the handicapped accessible door has been broken for years so if your loved one can't physically come down the hall or it takes them a really long time you will never be able to get in unless you have an extra key."

"When first moving in, management was great. There were a few minor things wrong but overall a decent place. Fast forward a few months, management changes and everything goes down hill. Management never around, and if they are actually around the door is closed and sign turned to closed so you are never sure. Management does not provide receipts when asked, is rude and will talk down to you like you are a child even when you are nice and respectful of them. They will wait weeks to cash checks for rent which in the end can screw up bank accounts. The maintenance man is very nice, but extremely limited to what he can actually do. The play area that is outside in the yard is unsafe and falling apart. People tend to leave garbage in the small area. The locks for each apartments storage unit match the lock for the laundry room. If you choose to live here I would suggest you buy your own lock to put on the storage unit door. The laundry facilities are very small and dirty alot of the time. There are 4 small standard washers and 4 small standard dryers. The driveway has some deep potholes in it, so you need to be careful when pulling in. One house at the entrance to the driveway is an eyesore and falling apart. In the plus side, it's within walking distance to downtown! I would definitely take some caution when applying to live here.
