"I have worn my real nails very long with acrylic for 20+ years straight so you can imagine how many times I have been to the nail salon. These sisters, Kiki and Lisa are FABULOUS! I usually travel 45 minutes to get my nails done because I just don't find the nail salons in Albany very good. Well I will DEFINITELY be coming here again. The service was excellent and they did not rush me even though I came in late in the evening. They stayed past closing to finish my nails. The spa pedicure was so great and came with callous removal, foot massage, hot stones, and paraffin. What a relaxing pedicure. My nails are a big project being so long and natural they aren't straight. I banged them up on vacation so they were a lot of work. She squared them off nicely. I am super happy with the whole experience."
"They didn't do enough on my feet for the basic manicure. I was able to scrap off more skin after I left there and they did not moisturize my feet enough. My nails started chipping the following day. Four days later I see that I need another manicure. Very dissatisfied with their services. I will not return."
"When it comes to my nails i am very very picky... Ive only been to Grace two times for nails and let me say this...... I dont think i would go to anyone else for nails or a pedicure...if your not happy they will do whatever they can to make you happy!!!! The salon is very clean staff is super friendly... I highly recommend ...."
"This nail salon has excellent service! The workers there are welcoming and very kind. I loved my foot spa and gel manicure too. I didn't have to wait too long. I think since they have been under new management they are really doing their best at catering to the needs of clients. So important as I am picky about this kind of thing! I would definitely go back."
"Okay so anyone who knows me KNOWS that I speak my mind. I would give 0 stars if I could. My Grandfather sadly has Alzheimer’s disease and has forgotten how to do things for himself. That being said I will and always have taken great care of him as often as I am available to help out my Grandmother. Since he was diagnosed about 3 years ago I have taken him for pedicures regularly so that he can have his toenails cut. Today I experienced the absolute WORST nail salon experience I have EVER had at a nail salon that I have been going to for years- Grace Nail & Spa in Colonie. First of all we waited about 30-40 minutes to have a pedicure TOGETHER, not separately- which is fine or we would have left, but we figured we would be served with good service. If they could not have taken us due to being light staffed- they should have said so. FINALLY we get taken to the pedicure chairs only to sit in the chairs and wait longer. The owner became free first so she started working on my Grandfather. I was very frustrated because I did not plan on waiting with my feet in cold water so I told her she didn’t have to do me because she clearly didn’t have the time as more customers were coming in for services and were sitting in the waiting room. She was completely fine with not serving me. I DID NOT however tell her it was okay to NOT finish my Grandfather’s pedicure and exclude him from the buffing, hot stones, hot towels, etc. that we PAID for. So she said she was done after only cutting and cleaning around his toenails. The kicker was she didn’t even help him get his shoes and socks on like EVERY other person that has done his feet has OR help him up! She rushed him out of the chair with water still in the pedicure tub and has him walk on the BARE floor to their manicure station to sit in a chair and have me put his shoes on (which I don’t mind doing for him but EVERYWHERE I have been for pedicures they do it for him as a part of the service- especially being that they know he is ill!) and he slipped and almost fell! I told her how I felt and she ran off and served the next client. Her husband then came up to give me the bill and I told him that my Grandfather DID NOT receive the full service we paid for and that it wasn’t right. We waited for 30-40 minutes for them to finish two pedicures that they stared before we got there and it took this woman 10 MINUTES to cut and clean my Grandfather’s toenails- she was more worried about taking care of the other clients walking in then taking care of us. Anyone who gets pedicures know that there is a lot more to just cutting and cleaning the toenails. The husband then proceeded to yell at me and flail his hands at me in front of his other customers when I told him he did not provide my Grandfather who is SICK with Alzheimer’s the full and proper service and treatment deserved. I also didn’t appreciate the nasty remarks made when I told them how I felt. My Grandfather cannot help that he can’t do these things for himself and I take him to do this to relax him and make sure it gets taken care of. I am absolutely disgusted that someone would scream at me and mistreat my Grandfather. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon and I will NEVER go back. The owners only care about their money, not their customers. Disgusting!!!"
