"DO NOT work with this company - use literally anyone else! I was scheduled to have a 2ND inspection done this morning because the guy who came to measure the first time measured wrong. I was told they would call 15 minutes before arriving so I could meet them at the site and let them in. I was told they would be showing up between 8-10am. By 12:30 I still had not received a call. My husband had to call to find out what was going on. When dispatch called the installer, the installer straight up LIED and said he tried to call my husband 3 times at 8am and sat at the site for 20 minutes before leaving. No call was ever made. He also claimed he called our contractor to let him in and the contractor was out of town. ALSO NOT TRUE as our contractor is ON SITE TODAY. Not only do the installers do a terrible job measuring but they also go out of their way to lie about what they're doing. I took off work to meet him for the 2nd inspection which is no longer happening today. When my husband was informed he would no longer be coming today he was also told we had to call Home Depot back and have them restart this entire process again. ALL OF THIS WASTED TIME due to an installer who doesn't know how to measure and apparently lies through his teeth or doesn't know how to call any correct phone numbers because he certainly never called my husband or our contractor. This is pathetic service. We are unbelievably angry about this and can't wait to wash our hands of this terrible company."

"Shellfab installed my quartz countertops. I did not contract directly through them but through Home Depot. I was a bit leary at first because most folks recommend you go “directly through a fabricator” but Home Depot had a great sale on the quartz I wanted. When the Home Depot rep and I had questions about the quartz, the rep called, and shell fab allowed me to come by and look at a bigger slab prior to making my final selection for purchasing. Once purchased, shell fab was quick to contact me to schedule for measurements. The gentleman that came by to measure was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and even encouraged me to call the office for more detailed information. Once my slabs were in, I requested a viewing and they were happy to accommodate. I even requested I see the lay out before my slabs were cut and they obliged without any hesitation. Met the owner while I was reviewing my slabs and she was so friendly and kind! There was a bit of a delay due to Covid but once my slabs were cut, installation date was scheduled and everything went smoothly. The installation guys were professional and quick. I was worried about the seam as I got white quartz with some veining, but the seam isn’t even noticeable. I am 1000% satisfied with their work and customer service, start to finish. Highly recommend them for any countertop service and will definitely reach out to them for future projects."
