"This company buys houses and flips them. We recently bought a house that they re did. The aesthetics of the house are nice. We are starting to find some poor workmanship after a little over a month of living in the house. A light fixture in the bathroom that fell off since someone did a lazy job of putting in the wall anchors to mount it. The bathtub that recently started leaking since the main drain was not properly assembled. Also an outlet in the dining room that did not work since it was not assembled properly. In a market where you have to grossly over pay for a house it’s disappointing that this many things are wrong with a house that is generally “brand new” inside. It comes across as a company taking advantage of a hot market and quickly redoing a house with little attention to detail. Don’t get me wrong the house looks beautiful. Just be careful if you buy from them. Looks can be deceiving."
