Nail Palace

"I don't think I've ever posted a negative review; however, I will be for the safety of others. UNSANITARY! Also, serviced other clients while working on my nails, rushed, etc. The most concerning issue was the lack of sanitation. The nail file looks like it has been used on at least 100 people. The woman who gave me a pedicure simply rinsed tools under water and proceeded to use them. I'll be contacting my physician for an antifungal prescription!"

"Pathetic place and fraud people!! It was my first time there today, they do not speak good English, I called them up to see if they have an appointment, they said yes. Since my regular salon was booked all day I thought to try this one. I was in hurry and already mentioned my situation, still they kept me waiting for almost 30 minutes. The minute I thought to left and stood up one person came to attend me, I explained them the design and asked for the charges. I asked the charges before starting because there was a lady before me who was asked to pay more charges than it showed on their wall. The regular ANC is $35 and she said since you want 2 colors it will be $45. I did not argue and agreed. Once the man was done and I asked to pay he said $70. I was shocked and I asked him to explain. Since they do not speak English, he kept repeating $70. I asked the lady that she said it will be $45. She said I don’t know. I was shocked at their unprofessional behavior. On top of that he did not even did the nail design that I asked. When I said this is not what I wanted, he kept smiling. Since I had a flight to catch I did not argue and decided to pay. But I am sure they lost 2 customers(me and for the sure the one before me) today. Such bad people. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!"

"Finally, I found a nail salon where the nail artist actually can do nail art. My artist was Kim, I've only worked with her; been here twice, and both times the service was great (gel mani peit 90$). From the massage to the great accommodating staff. The atmosphere is perfect, a very clean, friendly place. Highly recommend if you are looking for something unique or just want the basics, they can handle it all."

"I have been going to the Nail Palace for over five years for both acrylic nails/fills and gel pedicures. I have always found the staff courteous, kind, and efficient. It is a little family there, they always ask about my family and grandbabies. I’m a person who likes the familiar and with the nail palace family, I’m right at home. My nails are over two weeks old in the picture and still perfect!"

"this is the worst place i’ve ever been to. the guy i had rushed the entire time. he was very aggressive and overall did a horrible job. i wanted these cute nails. just a solid color and a few glitter accent nails but he kept telling me he couldn’t do it. i ended up getting 2 solid colors and it still looks horrible"
