LR Nail

"Had a scheduled 6:00 appointment for a pedicure and ANC set. I arrived and was immediately brought to do my pedicure. This experience was okay, Ming was very nice, helped me choose a toe color, was respectful and put effort into my pedicure, that came out great. HOWEVER, When it was time for my ANC, I was given Andy, who was the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude person I have ever interacted with at a nail salon. Our first interaction he was aggravated that I wanted tips put on. Every few minutes he would huff and puff as if I was such an inconvenience to him, and would then randomly stare at me with the nastiest look and not say a word. I left with a whole bunch of glue/product all over my fingers, and them being different lengths because he didn't have me wash my hands, nor put any actual effort into the nails. I don't know what his issue was, but what I do know is I will never go there again."

"I had a great experience at this place with Hanna. She was very patient with me when I was deciding on what I wanted to do and my nails turned out just like I wanted them! At other places I’ve been the nail techs don’t really talk to you or make you feel welcome, but Hanna was really sweet and chatted with me which made me feel much more relaxed and able to enjoy getting my nails done. Definitely recommend going here! Update: been here three times now and each time I’m very happy when I walk out. Always a lovely experience."

"Amazing place! I visited LR Nail for the first time a couple weeks back and the complements have not stopped. Alex did my nails. He is so attentive, detail oriented, and just knows nails. He listened to everything I wanted and was extremely accommodating. He did not finish until he checked and rechecked every single nail. Best nails I’ve had!!! While I was getting my nails done I watched the other nail techs and they all did an amazing job. I did my toes as well and the nail tech gave me a relaxing massage. Everyone left there with a smile. The place is also very clean. I can’t wait to go back! Absolutely recommend this place!!"

"I love LR nail! I have lived all over the capital district and always choose to come here because cleanliness is extremely important to me and I think they are hands down the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. They also never make you feel rushed and really take their time to help you pick out what you like. I love Hanna and Ivy both so much, I try to always get one of them (although everyone I’ve had is really good). I have to say Hanna outdid herself with my most recent nails! I brought a bunch of pictures, she looked through them with me and we picked a color scheme and she captured my idea perfectly! Thank you Hanna! Love it! 5 stars as always!"

"Beautiful place, after making an appointment and arriving on time I was treated unprofessionally. They decided to do my nails and feet at the feet station not sure if it’s to save time or to get me out of there quickly. No one else was being treated like that. I was beyond uncomfortable I paid for my service/tipped and decided to not return to this business because how they treated me and made me feel despite how beautiful this place looked, felt and Andy did an amazing job. At the end of my service the manager did decide to offer two $5 dollars coupons for next time. However, because how I was treated this place can be the last salon on earth and I will not return!! I was hesitant to write this so I asked around and two people said “they always do a good job but due to the overgrow of the business they don’t care and try to fit many ppl in” Anyways give them a try because my nails and feet do look and feel amazing but I was not relaxed!"
