"I found Royal after getting stood up by another manufacturer few times, and man, I am happy that I did. The entire experience was just wonderful. My point of contact was Sara, who not only responded promptly to any and all my questions but went above and beyond when it came to giving me a list of stone suppliers in both Nassau and Suffolk (I went with European in Farmingdale). Once I chose an actual slab, my kitchen counters were ready for install in three business days. Installers were courteous and super professional. They covered my floors with drop cloths, paid close attention to cabinets and appliances- not to damage them, installed counters seamlessly and then cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I wish all contractors I delt with were this great. Phenomenal job."
