"I have been living here almost a year. I have a beautiful view of the Niagara River. My utilities are included. They accept Belmont, Section 8, Best Self, working. And a security from social services. My rent is $888 and will go up July 1st. to $987 for a 1 bedroom apartment. 2 bedrooms is more. There's a laundromat on the property. A computer room, and a weight room and a community room. The mailboxes are on the inside."
"These new owners lie. Keep EVERY receipt and notice you get because they will call you to the office eventually with a $2000+ bill for manufactured missed payments of assorted kinds. HUD needs to investigate Related Management/Marina Vista.... Also...they refuse to provide security even as the crime on property elevates monthly. These new owners have ruined a once decent community. And "WE" have proof ;)"
