"I was abit skeptical when reserving this place. It was actually my first time hosting an event for a large group of people in New York. The property management was nice, answer my questions and concerns. We stayed two nights at the place. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. We enjoyed our stay. Will think of this place if we host another event in New York. Thank you Niagara Hospitality"

"Cute Airbnb home with 3 floors accommodations for 15 people. Was surprised how modern it was inspite of the neighborhood. Definitely close to all attractions like Niagara Falls."

"I do have to say the the owners were very responsive to our need. Replied right away to our emails.The house itself was ok. Location was very close to the falls but not 5 minute walk like advertised and it was in a scary location. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the house alone. Lots of cosmetic issues. For example the bed frames were either broken or the mattress were for only 1 person. All 4 couches were broken in one way or another. There were sticky bug traps place behind the couches and on shelves. Of course our granddaughter found them. The oven wouldn't work and when we notified the owner they said to pull it out from the wall a bit and that should take care of it. That would have been nice to know before we threw away a whole pan of rolls. Also please in the future make sure that the other half of the duplex is locked. Scared our daughter and husband when people they didn't know came walking through the place. Please also make sure that it is noted that it's not handicap accessible and that there are zero bedrooms on the main level. We could have used more than 1 garbage bag for a week with 11 people. There is a huge gap under the front door which allowed for small critters to come in."

"This house is in a very bad location and is likely the "best" house on the street. The interior is nicely remodeled, however, there is not enough room in the dining room for all guests, there is a dining table with 5 chairs. Additionally, there is not enough counter space to make meals, even something as simple as sandwiches. There are no cleaning supplies, no dishwasher, no laundry machines. The dishes put away dirty and we had to clean them prior to use. There was also a broken glass put back into the cupboard. There were sufficient places in the living room to watch tv. The location is not 5 minutes from the falls as advertised, it is about a 20 minute drive. There is a gap in the front door of about an inch and we saw a mouse in the kitchen so had to put all of our food away. The plumbing in the bathroom was also not done properly and the faucet was "loose". Some of this should come across in the property advertisements. We were not happy with the location or the stay considering we are a large family and wanted to cook then eat together."

"Nicely renovated house. Owners were very polite and constantly asking if we needed anything. Just a couple flaws in the house, the faucet on the tub was loose and the stove top and oven didn't work but I'm sure they will be taken care of. The listing claimed to be a 5 minute walk to everywhere but it was more like a 20-30 minute walk. You could drive it in a little over 5 minutes though. Overall very nice place to stay."
