"My daughter is developmentally disabled. The manager Sandy at Clinton Manor picks on her terribly. The neighbor across the rd gave my daughter permission to feed cats on his private property. Sandy went across the rd to tell the property owner she is looking to get my LD daughter out. The neighbor advised my daughter of the conversation. Sandy violated privacy and discrimination laws. According to Article 22: Right to privacy law. Pam is doing nothing about this. CRM needs to be accountable for who they hire and train to work with the disabled."

"They fought the entire eight months I was employed there over the mini fridge in my office that I was using to have lunch there because I have a broken foot. It seems they know nothing about reasonable accommodations, and if they do, they know enough just do not get sued over Fair housing Truly should have better people behind it. Fair housing should not have people that have not been trained for over a year running properties they don’t know how to manage. Fair housing should be run by people with a spine and not people just out there to make a profit. Management was so inappropriate, It was not uncommon for me to cry home. My mental health suffered greatly from management even though it was a fairly easy dead-end job. It really takes effort, it really does take effort, to make a job this easy be this miserable. If I could give it zero stars, I would."

"Lost sworn statements and video evidence from neighbors and then started to roadblock me. I have recorded conversations that they in fact,.... lost the statements and video evidence. This would have helped me open a legal case against another resident for intimidating and harassing my significant other and her two young daughters.... Christine Church, Phil Curriere, Elizabeth Baker, Stacy Turner were all involved and were trying to pick and choose what they want to consider "harassment and bully and intimidation".... Congratulations.... congrats for being unprofessional via email, in-person, and phone calls. Christine Church, congrats on being promoted to president and finally answering my call from your cell phone because the few times calling your office the same day didnt work out.... (04/03/2023) I have recorded audio, video, emails, and blotter reports for anyone that would like to take a look at them.... they will do nothing but point the finger back at you.... pitiful."

"If I could give it a zero star, I would. My senior building was bought by this company. The property manager is rude, she keeps her door shut, she’s like a mean angry woman. She has absolutely no people skills. She’s dealing with senior citizens and she has little or no compassion for anyone. On top of that, she really doesn’t know much about the job. We’re lucky she’s only here 3 days a week. crm, do better with the hiring!"
