"Chris came over as I had a toliet that would clog sometimes. He went through looking at my pipes and what needed to be done. We had talked previously so I knew what to expect. He ended up snaking my line. Chris was on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up when he was finished. "I called Chris with concerns of a sump pump I had replaced in May of 2023. It was running very frequently, and was loud. In addition, I wanted a back-up sump pump that wasn't battery powered. From my first phone call with him, he put me at ease and explained my options. He adjusted my existing pump so it wasn't sitting so low in the basin, which was one reason it kicked in so frequently. He also installed the water powered back-up sump pump. His attention to detail is obvious in the way that he tidies up everything meticulously, and ties up everything with zip ties.
