Did reply quickly to email but then was told they don't service my area which is within 10-15min of their location. "Mine was probably considered a small job compared to some of their other work but Gary was willing to do the work to repair my casement window, replace a lock on my slider, replace a cracked window pane and put grids in a window. He responded quickly to look at the job, new his window brands and was fast to provide a formal quote. Robin who works in the office was always responsive to my questions and very personable. Gary arrived on the date promised and was considerate about covering shoes to enter the home. Work was completed quickly and Gary communicated timeframe of ordered screens and completion of job once they arrive. I'm extremely pleased with all repairs and absolutely love the look of my window now with the internal grids. I was saved the cost of replacing that window with one that would look as mine looks now thanks to G &G Window Repair. It's a very cost efficient way of upgrading the look.
