"I wouldn't return to this dealership if it was the last in WNY, I was treated with an absurd level of disrespect and have never been so talked down to in my life. I was told the problem, water in the back of the roof of my 2019 Ram, was likely caused by the rear window and was explicitly told that it isn't covered under the bumper-to-bumper service contract. This showed that they were liars right off the bat, because the rear window was replaced in 2022 by a different dealership under the service contract. They also tried to tell me that water getting into the cab via different means (like around the antenna or 3rd brake light) may not be covered due to it being a sealing issue, citing seals being "wear and tear" like windshield wipers, light bulbs, etc. A loaded to the teeth $62k 2019 RAM with 50k miles shouldn't have seals failing, and if they are, it's definitely not from "wear-and-tear", but Bob Johnson service only cares about getting as much money from the customer as possible rather than finding and solving the issue. I genuinely hoped that the Bob Johnson dealerships bad wrap around here was false, but this experience was so negative that I'm shocked the dealership has return customers. This RAM was my dream truck but has had issue after issue and between the truck spending half it's life in the shop, and the dealership closest to me treating me so poorly, I will NEVER purchase a Chrysler product again, and I will NEVER visit a Bob Johnson dealership again."
