"We had been experiencing issues with our furnace for awhile, and had been trying for a year to a quote from another repairman. On Saturday, the furnace started smelling awful. Called the repairman, who wouldn't come out. I emailed Dowd & Sons on Sunday and received a reply within an hour. He came out Monday to check on the furnace, got one ordered and set up the appt to put it in. However, early on Wednesday morning our Carbon Monoxide detector went off so we were without heat.
