"I just got a delivery of 3 yards of top soil and compost. Everything was great. I was not at home when Wilbur arrived, he called me and waited 15 minutes for me to get there. Very nice people. All went well. Good experience."

"Horrible customer service. The staff is so unprofessional and don't fully disclose the delivery process. When I placed my order the representative assured me the delivery would be left on my driveway and when the delivery arrived it was left at the curb. I spoke with the manager and he stated their process is to leave supplies at the curb. Had this been communicated to me when I placed the ordered I would have rather paid more for a proper delivery. Now I'm stuck with supplies on my curb and pay someone to move it from my curb.... I guess you get what pay for with this place prices may be low but it's due to their horrible customer service. Definitely would rather pay a little more and get better service than this place."
