"this company is a complete fraud. if I could give them a zero rating I would. the us postal service has informed me and anyone else to stay far away from this fraudulent company. the best way to obtain your passport is through your local postoffice. please do not feel mislead or manipulated by this zero star fraudulent company who steals people's money and does not fulfill what they are advertising. this fraudulent company should be shut down immediately. customer service? there is no. you'll be on hold for 2 hours. if you ask for a Manager or supervisor. you will never get one. when requesting a refund..they send you a fraudulent link and they do not contact you at all. they just crawl back underneath a rock like most crooks do and wait to scam the next person. please close this fraudulent company down. I've been requesting a full refund for months. thru never completed my order. nor have I received my passport."
