"Collectively the rudest staff I’ve seen, except the front doorman who probably tries to make up for what’s in store for the applicants inside the center. 0 patience, 0 respect. They act as if we’re wasting their time, with no sense of how much time and energy others are putting in coming to this remote location and interacting with people like them."
"Terrible service, The nasty girl at the front is very disgusting, rude and unprofessional..All she does is yelling and being very disrespectful to people. No manners..if I had a choice, I would give zerooo stars!!!"
"I am in utter disbelief of my experience today at this location. The staff are incompetent, rude, and have zero patience. The biometrics fingerprint technician that I was unfortunately assigned to was the WORST part of the entire appointment. She was unclear with instructions and her attitude was unacceptable. Instead of kindly explaining instructions to me and how she wanted my hands to be positioned, she was aggressive and her tone of voice was hostile. Initially instead of informing that she needed all 5 fingers, she aggressively shook my hand instead of using words hence why I was confused. She then proceeded to say things like “Miss what is your problem” “I don’t know what the problem is” and was absolutely dismissive. I proceeded to tell her that she needs to learn how to handle and speak to people. I myself work in the medical field and customer service and would never speak to a patient in that manner. Highly unacceptable and disappointing. It was a skinny Indian lady, I did not get her name."
"If you go to the USCIS, keep in mind that the building’s entrance is little complicated. It is not a building that houses only the USCIS. You will see many companies, like Ezra Medical Center, Bingo Market, Polish&Slavic Federal Credit Union, etc. Just enter the building and follow the APS (Application Support Center) sign. The service in there was quick and easy."
