"Just exceptional service from Mike and we haven’t even technically done anything yet. I can’t imagine someone could be more knowledgeable than him. We’ve been having problems with smoke coming back into our house for the past two years. Mike spent about two hours with us explaining the physics of how fireplaces work (we’re not from a cold region originally) and possible solutions to achieving the conditions needed to enjoy our Lopi wood stove system. Really grateful for his expertise and insight and will not hesitate to reach out to him as we get closer to winter again.
