"By far the worst hardware store, my son made the wrong purchase, I asked him to return it and get a refund, they wouldn't refund the money even though it was returned within the hour of purchase. The sales rep was very condescending. We given store credit forcing me to spend that money in the store. They're also very expensive and that one of the reasons no one shop there, except for getting keys made. At the end of the day I will never shop there again."
