"Just now i talk with a person on phone call & then i told him about myself as well as my company, So then after that he use abuse words. I don't know that to 38 years they're in business & still they don't talk good with customers on call. I said to him that please don't talk abuse words, but then he talk alot abuse words. So he talk fully rudely & we've record of that conversation."

"Watch out for the drivers of this company. I believe the one I had interaction with this morning at 103rd and 102th Ave was possible DRUNK. He was on a one way street and refuses to move to the side for the traffic behind him to go by. When another driver asked him to slide out the road little so we can get by, he came out the truck wanting to FLIGHT. When the other driver was not entertaining his antics, he when back in the truck and then drive off. He could have done that from before. Oh, and I called the company Richmond Hill Lumber & Supply Corp. several times to report their truck parking and blocking up the road. If the company need the License plate #81685 MJ to Identify the driver. Because you stop taking by call, I called several time during this incident and after. I will post the pictures/video of the incident. Be careful and safe. Update Thank you for you quick reply. It would be great if your driver would be this responsive and moved his truck so other can pass. Thank you for let us know the type of person driving your vehicles. His action against another driver asking him to just move over so others can pass is not an attack (please hold your drivers responsible for their actions) He was not unloading, speaking to anyone. I didn't speak to your drive at all, Instead I called the company to report the truck parked blocking a one way street. So you can call your drive to asked him to move the truck. To say I express much aggression for doing the right thing and informing you in the moment of your driver action, tells a lot about your company and its driver. Next time, if I every have such interaction I will just call 911 and get a report. Note to others as well."
