"I am highly upset that I tried and I just called and requested to speak to a manager or the owner of this location because of a situation that happened there.. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and said why am I calling asking that. I have never had someone respond to me negatively when calling and asking to speak to a manager or owner. And I do feel sorry for putting a low star since the gentleman that is there usually during the week is very pleasant. The gentleman whom I will assume name is Mohammed due to the fact that right after I called the store I received a call back on my cell phone with that name and a 631 area code and when I answered they hung up. I am requesting if the store manager or owner can please respond so that I can speak with them. Ok I have found out that the gentleman that I spoke with is in fact the owner. I'm sure the only reason why people frequent there is because of the nice gentleman that work there during the week."
